Drone Inspections & Property Documentation in West Palm Beach
West Palm Beach combines a dense downtown commercial core, waterfront condominium towers along the Intracoastal, and large managed communities to the west. Each of those property types has exterior areas that are slow, expensive, or unsafe to inspect from the ground — which is exactly where drone-assisted inspection and documentation earns its place.
Meridian Aerial serves West Palm Beach with aerial roof and facade inspections, organized property-condition records, construction progress documentation, and coordination of exterior cleaning and maintenance work.

Recurring Documentation
Recurring documentation for active projects
Downtown West Palm Beach and its surrounding corridors carry steady construction and renovation activity. For general contractors, roofers, and owners, we provide scheduled drone visits that build an organized, date-based record of a project or property — initial condition, progress milestones, and final condition — so every stakeholder works from the same visual history.

Insurance & claims documentation support
After severe weather moves through Palm Beach County, clear visual records matter. We provide aerial imagery and property-condition documentation that can support owners, contractors, adjusters, and other professionals working through a claim — clear before, during, and after records of what a roof or facade actually looked like.
Meridian Aerial is not an insurance adjuster. We do not adjust claims, determine coverage, determine claim value, or approve insurance claims — those decisions always remain with your insurer and its licensed professionals.
Exterior property services
Exterior cleaning, window washing, and specialty access work are available directly or through qualified coordinated contractors, scheduled around tenants and residents.
