Meridian Aerial

How It Works

The same process, whether we fly the project or coordinate it

We evaluate the property before recommending a method, and we document the work from start to finish so you have a clear record either way.

  1. 01

    Property consultation

We start with a conversation about the property, the problem, and what you need — a one-time inspection, a cleaning project, or ongoing documentation.

  2. 02

    Site and airspace assessment

We review the property's height, surroundings, and airspace, and confirm what's needed for a compliant, safe flight or on-site visit.

  3. 03

    Recommended service method

We recommend drone-assisted service, conventional access, or a hybrid approach, based on the building and the goal — not a default method.

  4. 04

    Service execution or contractor coordination

We perform the work directly with drone equipment, or coordinate a qualified partner for conventional or specialized work.

  5. 05

    Final documentation and report

You receive an organized report — photos, video, and notes — built for your use case, whether that's a board meeting, a proposal, or a maintenance file.

Operational Standards

Every project is planned before it's flown.
