Drone-assisted inspection lets us document a full building envelope — roof planes, parapets, facades, gutters, and drainage paths — quickly, with high-resolution photo and video records tied to specific locations on the property.
This is a visual inspection and documentation service. We identify visible conditions such as staining, cracking, ponding, debris, vegetation intrusion, and apparent damage, and we deliver an organized photo and video report that owners, managers, and contractors can act on.

Our inspection reports are visual documentation, not engineering reports, structural certifications, or licensed roofing inspections. Findings that require a professional determination are referred to a qualified, licensed inspector, engineer, or contractor.
