Roof & Property Documentation

Organized visual records for owners, boards, and contractors — before a problem grows, or after a storm.

Condominium boards, property managers, and owners need a clear visual record to plan maintenance, support budget discussions, and respond after severe weather. We document roofs and exterior areas from angles that are difficult or unsafe to reach on foot, and organize the output into a report built for the audience — a board meeting, an insurance conversation, or a contractor scope of work.

For active projects and portfolios, we also provide recurring aerial documentation: an initial condition record, scheduled drone visits, and organized, date-based photo and video records that show progress over time. General contractors, roofers, restoration companies, and solar installers use these records for progress monitoring, project files, and closeout documentation.

Before, during, and after documentation can also support insurance and claims conversations as clear visual evidence of property condition. Meridian Aerial provides the imagery and organized records only — we are not insurance adjusters, and coverage decisions always remain with your insurer and adjuster.

How Recurring Documentation Works

  1. 01Initial Property Condition
  2. 02Scheduled Site Visits
  3. 03Drone Photos / Video
  4. 04Organized Records by Date & Property
  5. 05Progress Documentation
  6. 06Final Condition Documentation
  7. 07Long-Term Property Record

Note

Documentation is visual and observational. It supports — but does not replace — a licensed inspection, an engineering evaluation, or an insurance adjuster's assessment where one is required.
